Glad I did, because the problem was fixed in no time at all, couldn't have been more helpful and gave me invaluable advice. Most likely he's saved us from an even more serious problem.   After a shout out on Nairn Rocks for a boiler engineer the overwhelming response was that Ricky was the guy for the job. My boiler had been playing silly beggars for years (about 3!) as the pressure kept dropping but had got to the point where I had to open the valves every day to get it back up again. Safe to say it's all tip top now! In fact it's so well fixed that I now have a working heated towel rail AND hot water in the ensuite for the first time in years! Result! ��
